I just canned 12 8oz jars of apple jelly. I'm worried that my first batch of 6 isn't going to set up, just by looking at it. I'm hoping tomorrow they look better.
And this was my first time making it and it was so much fun!! I could find myself really getting addicted to this. Last year one of my friends made Pear Raspberry Jelly and it was so good.

Good for you! The one time I tried to make jelly I burned my hand checking to see if the sugar was melting (not too bright!). Sounds like you had much more success!
